New truck???

I just totaled my sub and presently looking for a new ride. I want to pay cash for a used truck, but with the money I got from inshurance isn't enuff for a low milage ride. SO I am putting back money in the bank to save for the truck.
My question is what should I be looking for in a high milage truck befor I buy it?
