All I can tell you is to head to rv.net. People there should have answers for you.

If money is no object, I bet PowerHouse Coach could make an excellent toyhauler for you. Their rigs are based on semi tractors. It's what I'll get if I ever win the lottery.

Also try to visit an RV show or two. You can get ideas there and ask questions.
