I have the same year 4X4 burb and I did a rotor swap last year. You'll need to remove the 4 bolts. The studs will need to be pressed out to remove the rotor. A local shop did this for me. The anti-lock sensor will also need to be removed and is attached with a hex head screw. If installing new pads, be sure to lube the slides real good to help minimize pulling.
Good Luck!
: I've stripped the front brakes down to the rotor and removed the axle nut and washer/keeper. The rotors appear to be a single unit with lug studs attached. I'm having a tough time removing this off the axle. Any tips? Do I need to remove the entire unit off the transaxle, just in front on the boot, and have a shop press it off? I got OEM manuals on there way, but with a trip to San Fran in two weeks, towing the kids stuff back; the missies was getting edgy, as my projects usually run much longer than expected. Case in point - this project!
: Thanks
