A/C bypass

Does anyone know if there is a bypass hose (aftermarket or O/E) that allows the front A/C system to bypass the rear A/C lines on my 1999 K2500?

I want to get the front A/C working again on my Sub, without the $1500-$2000 expense of replacing the corroded rear A/C lines and rear condensor.
