I also have those benefits. But as often as not, even the business folks aren't entirely up to speed on WHY the network behaves as it does, or HOW the phones interact with it. Getting billing questions answered or getting phones swapped/replaced is much easier on the business side, but when you have technical issues when the network is clearly not behaving as it should, they're still lacking.
