: The 99 doesn't use a timing light. You need a scan tool (Tech 2) that can show you CAM OFFSET. You run the engine at 2000 RPM and turn the dist. until CAM OFFSET indicates 0 degrees +/- 2 degrees. Your probably off about 20 degrees so I would get it adjusted.

Ok I been turning the distributor clockwise and got it to crank up and run fine,but I think it needs a little more work on it I am getting a check engine light with codes p0300,p1345,p1351,and a pending code p1345
