I came home from vacation to find an oil spot on the carpet under my work bench. I put the milk jugs of oil under it for storage until I get to the recycling center. Our son, who stayed home to work, was careless in placing the wash bucket under the same bench and punctured one of the milk jugs. Fortunately, it was only a pin hole and about a quart of oil ended up under most items on the lower shelf and in the carpet. Certainly could have been worse. But the carpet is still a mess.
