Hadn't thought about swimming, but I have 'thick' bones and 'used' to sink trying to back that I'm older and more body fat, maybe I'll be able to float!

Playing competitive volleyball (20's and 30's is the average age) for about 20 years now. Where else could I have gone out 3-4-5 times a week at night, come home at 11pm. Get all sweaty with a bunch of young gals & guys only wearing shorts, T-Shirts and sports bras? One private league had the Stanford Men's volleyball coaches as our league coaches for about 4 years. GREAT when they brought in some of gals from the women's team to help teach us.

Volleyball and Tennis players have rotator cuff issues. Rotator cuff repairs okay on the guys I've known who had it done. Rehab is more critical for this joint (many of my league buddies are physical therapists constantly refer to that joint). Seems most of the injuries happen when the arm is extended and over head...we aren't made to do much in that position.
