: TireRack best sellers:

Geolander (G051): The replacement tires (2nd set) on our '04 Tahoe are Yoko-Geo. HT's. They seem to do well in all-around performance. Haven't been into any snow yet this year.

: Sam's Club:
Dueler HT: These were stock on our '04 Tahoe. The handling and traction were good; however, they only lasted 33k miles. Common for OEM tires (off the lot). I had a set of the Dueler AT's installed on the Suburban, and they worked well. I think they lasted 40k. Again, no snow in sunny southern California, just dry pavement, rain, sand, mud and rocks.

Dunlop Grandtrek: The tread pattern looks very simiilar to the HT's. I have been testing a set of the Dunlop Radial Rovers on the Suburban, and they are wearing well. The dry traction is very good. Wet traction is good; however, we have not had a below normal wet season. The Rover tread pattern would work better in the snow than the Grandtrek, since it has larger lugs and channels.
