I'd love to have a power nailer, but haven't justified the cost, yet.

What came to me while watching these shows is that they kinda sorta imply that you 'have to have' these in order to do whatever they are showing the HOW2's and a few of my buddies who buy these things and then really never use them again.

When the time comes, going to check out the sizing (bigger preferred, but can it be dialed back to nail smaller?) and the cost of old fashioned nails vs magazine loaded.

Just bought a biscuit joiner and continue to build my tooling. Choice of the Dewalt ($189) or the Freud ($99) at Lowes (had a $10 buck off coupon). Never heard of Freud, but it felt good enough in my hands and not going to be using that thing all day, most days, so this level 'okay' for me.
