Can only guess and agree, it must be the GVWR.
I too thought no way, till a discussion on this board and someone insisted that mine does. Indeed, and what a surprise that was when I checked.
Just went out and took this picture below and note that it has a clutch. Now reminded that wanted to check to see when that clutch is engaged.
