Tubing wrench

Hi all!

I am getting ready for the annual family trip and am looking to replace the fuel filter. I can't find a tubing wrench big enough anywhere. I have cut box wrenches before but was wondering where I might pick up a wrench for it. Anyone have any clues for me?

Also - I want to put the best oil I can in it before the trip. Any input?
