'99 K1500: How to remove ignition tumbler? Help!

Trying to replace the ignition tumbler in my '99, have the column shrouds off, but can't figure out how to get the old cylinder removed. Anyone done this before?

The old one is getting very hard to use, have to fight in for a few minutes to get key to turn.
