We have Harbor Freights around here. They are good for some cheap (inexpensive) tools that you don't plan on keeping for very long. Best for small stuff like tie-downs and floor stands. A friends dad does cabinetry, and he swears by their HVLP guns as an inexpensive alternative to the name-brand spray guns. He also picked up a cheap compressor while he serviced his old one.
If I had a need for the crows' foot, I would pick up a set. I still have a set of box-end wrenches that I bought over 20 years ago - for chassis work on my old, Oldsmobile.
