Using 1995 MY info, but still without exact engine code:

P0603: KAM Memory Loss, no engine code history during KOEO test (probably the result of having cleared the code; it knows "something" is wrong but can't find it)

P1280: ICP Out of range, Low, could be open or grounded circuit or PCM as well as the low pressure you found

P1661 still not found.

I'm betting a dollar to a donut it's your low pressure from O rings. Good find.
