Door Hinge Pins and Bushings

Very very common on all C/K trucks, 87-99.

You actually want to replace the door hinge pins; if you don't have a couple buddies or a a door dolly, it is so common that a body shop will be very familiar with it and it should not be too expensive.

Most bigger parts stores will have the pins and bushings, or you can just Google the appropriate key words and you'll find videos and numerous parts suppliers online.

You will not be able to bend them back up; the hinge pins actually wear down. On a couple trucks, I have drilled out the keyhole and then installed a larger pin and bushing. YMMV>
