I don't think much of this is related.
The Stablitrak lamp is most likely related to medium-low brake fluid level. That goes along with your vehicle transition from a hill to flat. The brake control module sees the fluid level switch show low level as it sloshes in the master cylinder and turns on the lamp.
There isn't a fuel pressure sensor so nothing on the car knows pressure is low. I suspect your pending lean sensor codes might have caught a condition where the pump wasn't delivering but it's not a direct reading of pressure.
Your mileage decrease probably has more to do with extended AC operation in the hot weather than your fuel pump issue. If we think about it logically, having lower than required pressure would cause fuel starvation, the total opposite of poor fuel economy which is using more fuel than you need.
