If you have a great operating system, getting 30 to 35 degrees of difference between ambient and vent is a good benchmark.

I just rebuilt the entire system in my son's '00 Monte Carlo SS. replacing everything down to the actuator door motor to direct air flow. Today's outside temp is 95' with about 65% humidity; his system was blowing exctly 59 ' air, and it felt frigid.

I am sure there are folks who will tell you they get a certain temp all day every day, but the fact is that it is scientifically impossible to get more than about 38' difference between ambient and output temp.
