Just checking in to say hi to the "regulars" on this board.

With gas prices being what they are, I have put only 3000 miles on my 1995 K1500 Suburban over the last year. Thus, I've fallen out of the habit of visiting this forum.

Our family just completed a road trip from San Jose, California to Park City, Utah in the Suburban. It reminded me how much I like driving that rig.

Gas prices ranged from $3.85 in Winnemucca, Nevada to $4.46 back at home in San Jose, California. In California I think they should offer a free jar of Vaseline with each fill-up, if you know what I mean.

During the trip, my HVAC started acting up - would only blow air through the heater vent. By checking Andy's archives, I learned that I will need to replace the dash HVAC control unit - just placed the online part order. That archive of Andy's sure is a valuable thing.

Anyhow, hope everyone has been doing well in my absence.
