started sub this am and things seemed ok. went a mile and stopped for gas. when restarted the check tire monitor message came up on hte display. the ac would only blow hot air, and the temp gauge was reading at bottom of scale.
after about 50 miles, i shut truck off, and would not start. totally dead, just like i had unhooked the battery. got under hood and wiggled battery connections and lights came back on dash. tighted cables and was able to start vehicle, but temp gauge reads correct for a few seconds and then goes to bottom of scale. ac works in rear and on driver side, but passenger side is blowing hot. shut off and restarted a few times today and keeps doing the same.
questions. 1 is there a way ot reset the ac/heater controls without disconnecting hte battery?
2. any idea on the temp display. on initioal start up it appears to read properly for a few seconds before going to minimum scale.
thanks for any ideas, left the service manual at home...(I know.....dumb!!!)
