Here is how to use the code:

1) Go open the Order Form and complete it.

2) Go to your Cart and Complete whatever else is required.

3) Scroll way down to the bottom of the form. You should see a box asking for "HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US" or such.

4) Enter your curent code (1D594E456298) ONLY!

5) If you do not see the question box above, continue to the NEXT page until you DO SEE it. Then, perform #4 above. Don't worry because when you get to the last page BEFORE you submit the order, you should see the discount reflected before you say OK.
