Checked the resistance of the TPS while moving the throttle, and found some inconsistencies. Pulled it off and checked it again, and found similar fluctuations. Replaced the TPS, and ran it again.
The truck ran better, but still had a part-throttle cut-out. I advanced the timing and re-ran. It wanted to cut out, but would not always.
So, I'm thinking that there's just too much slop in the chain.
