Just did some rocker panel rust repair on my 2001. There is a sill trim piece that must come off and the only way to remove it is to remove the rear doors. The hinges are welded to both the body and the door. You only remove two keeper bolts, one on each hinge (along with the electrical connector), and lift the door off of the hinges. So, I don't see any opportunity to replace any hinge pins, bushings, or anything else. There is a procedure in the factory service manual that talks about grinding off the hinges and re-positioning, but that is pretty extreme. BTW mine work like new, don't see a need to replace anything yet.
