I'm pretty sure I posted the message last week but who knows, stranger things have happened.
Anyway, my message was related to my R12-->R134 conversion on my '91 burb and so far has been a successful transition and blowing nice and cold. By chance I connected with a local AC guy here locally in Nevada City, CA. and he's been doing AC for over 30 years and pretty much knows his stuff.
It's been a while since I've posted, too busy with work and 5 kids to see the light of day but good to see everyone still sharing the knowledge.
Also wanted to mention that I recently picked up a 2001 Ford Excursion with a 7.3 diesel so reading up on diesel maintenance these days and took out a second on the house to pay for fuel :-). Not a lot of hybrid choices for vehicles to haul 5 kids and horse trailers!
