I've done a lot of work on the Suburban wikipedia page a while back. I was the one who originally divided up the history section into various model series, and attempted to describe some of the features of each. Unfortunately my knowledge does not go back to the really old stuff. So I would encourage anyone who knows more about them to add/correct anything they can.

P.s., Someone has put some nice photos on the wikipedia page since I last looked at it. Check 'em out.
