MC / losing Brake fluid - 99 K1500 GMC 5.7L

Hello all:

I have disappearing brake fluid / soft pedal. I think I have traced it to rubber bushings / grommets between fluid reservoir and master cylinder. No detectable leaks at wheel cylinders or calipers. Lines under truck are all dry. Bleeders are all secure.

Rear reservoir was very low, front was less so [fluid making it's way to front when stopping?]. Have suctioned old fluid out, topped off with new and see wet / leak under reservoir at rubber bushings / grommets where reservoir attaches to master cylinder. Is the original MC.

Has MC failed .... pedal came back some with fluid refill ... haven't driven for safety / time reasons to test yet.

Do I just need new bushings / grommets?
