Are you currently having a problem with the IMG? IIRC, you are not original owner of the vehicle; coin toss is up to you whether to do it. If you know the history of the vehicle and are confident in the coolant having been flushed, at least once in the first 100k, I'd follow the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" rule. Same for fuel pump, 02 sensors, and cats-it's possible to go multiple hundred thousand miles without replacing them.
Conversely, if you don't know history of the vehicle, I'd go with trans service, coolant service, then a maybe on plugs, wires, belts, hoses front and rear diffs, transfer case, and *maybe* brake fluid exchange, if there is a lot of city driving or towing ahead. If you start with IMG, cats, and 02 sensors, you're on a slippery slope to spend lots with minimal return and possibly opening multiple cans of worms in leaks, evap problems, etc.
More important than having a mechanic you trust is having a mechanic that has the ability to work in a partnership with you. I'd rather pay $300 for a high level inspection than $200 for work that isn't *really* needed.
