: Also remember reading one of the first 4x4 magazine articles on QuadraSteer. They liked it, but they bent one of the control rods backing down a hill. To me, says the designers were boulevard folks, not off roaders. So for me, no QuadraSteer on any SUV of mine.

I wonder if using a Dana 60 in place of whatever it is under there would be a better answer for those seriously considering something like this? (FYI, the D-60 is what's under the front end of my F250.) Higher torque capacity, and if nothing else, a tie rod that's a little stout-er...
