factory bilstein shocks??

does anyone know if bilsteins were stock shocks on a 99 tahoe? front end shop says front end parts are ok but tires are cupping for some reason. at 119,000 miles, if bilsteins are stock they might/do need to be replaced? i bought this truck 2 years ago w/100,000 miles on it so history on some things are not well known. thanks
