96 c1500 rough idle revisited

Here is the conclusion I have concluded. I have had a rough idle since about 60k and now has 110k. I have had into different dealers many times with no luck. Here is what has been done to truck. Replaced intake manifold gasket at 80k, fuel filter every 6 months, wires, plugs, cap, air filter, EGR valve cleaned a few times, fuel techron cleaner 2 bottles everytime every 5k and just had dealer cleaning done. Compression is fine in all cylinders, plugs all looked fine and motor runs great except for rough idle about 70% of time. The motor seems to run good while warming up and starts perfectly evertime (hot and cold) I may be wrong but it seems the poppet valves are sticking. I had to come up with this solution myself as it seems to be a problem with this motor and year truck. My question is this, does anyone know of any tricks to help me out. I am out of ideas. i love the truck and am keeping it for a while. i have owned it since new and will drive it into the ground and definitely buy another GM but the rough idle is very annoying. Most people that ride in the truck do not notice it and have had more than one dealer tell me that it is going to have to get worse to fix it.
