:I need the following info:
:Ring size at the terminal clamps? (Traveler?)

3/8" eye

:Ring size at the starter and alternator?

From memory, the heavy starter lug was 3/8", but best to verify.

Alternator is is same as the input to the fuse/relay center on mine. Use lug with one quarter inch hole or use lug with a #10 hole drilled to 15/64”.

:Cable/wire size for the body grounds

I used #8 green.

:and alternator connection? I'm thinking 8 AWG.

Stock was #6 wire measuring just under 0.1 Ohm incl fusable link. I replaced it with #4 wire and the Mil-style fuse from Skycraft.

:Length, wire size, and fusable link size of the mystery wire?

Dunno

As far as the ground straps, I had one from the chassis to the heater core mounting stud, one from the chassis up to somewhere on the back of the block. I just cleaned up the ends and the frame where they mount (near the PS exhaust manifold). Then I added a #2 cable from that point up to the neg of the PS battery.
