This is more parking related than driving related, but:
I live in a typical SoCal tract home neighborhood. And somewhere along the way, people apparently decided it's cool to park their cars half way in the driveway so they're blocking the sidewalk. In other words, someone will pull up to their house (or possibly their friend's house), notice that the driveway is already full of cars, so they'll pull into the driveway as far as they can go, leaving the rear of the car in the street, and the sidewalk totally blocked. The worst part is that there's plenty of parking right in front of the house on the street. But they'd rather block the sidewalk instead.
So when my wife and I go for walks at night, we inevitably have to walk into the street several times because of some moron who's too lazy to park his car.
