There are a couple ways to deal with this. You should be fine, but it wouldn't hurt to check once a year.
I have a bolt-with-jam-nut approach developed and well as a beefy top terminal method.
AMSOIL MPHD is a nice alternative to grease. It sprays on liquid and fills pores but then turns into a waxy coating that doesn't attract dirt.
