Just in for lunch and email asking HOW2 "C" clamp bleeding of caliper.

Picture is of when helped forum member install Praise Dyno on his Suburban K1500.

Old pads so that there's room for the piston to move.

Open bleeder screw to flow out old fluid into catch jug. Close when pumping brake pedal.

Turn new bottle of DOT4 fluid upside down into MC reservoir or check often and pour in. DO NOT allow reservoir to go dry.

Cycle 3-4 times till fluid clear. Button up and go do other side, ditto above procedure.

Cycle 3-4 times till fluid clear. Button up and redo first side once to catch any old fluid in "T" of line.

Take off caliper, unload old pads. R&R O-Rings/slide tube/bolts/caliper/etc, grease slide tube cavity and slide tubes/caliper ready to load pads.

Load pads and reinstall caliper. NOTING that caliper slides easily.

DO NOT hang caliper by the hose. Take load off of the hose with string/rope to hang caliper if you need to.

You have now completely flushed the front brakes. Ditto rears if also disc. Drum tradtional way with helper, can't "C" clamp it.
