I need the help of the board. The vehicle is a 1996 Tahoe 4WD 350. My problem is as follows. When you get in the car everything is fine the interior lights work flawlessly; however, once you start the car all of the lights begin to pulse, flicker (not completely on and off, more off a strobe effect). This includes the headlights, all the interior lights, radio lights, instrument panel, etc. I have addressed the side post positive terminal upgrade (cutting off the rubber boots and replacing with better bolt and brass washer, used the example on #1 Son's site). But I dont know what else to look for. Anyone else ever experienced this and if so what did you do to fix the problem? Or can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help is greatly appreciated, and if you need any more info to diagnose just let me know.
