Have a 95 K2500 F60 and get the problem of it heating up standing still in traffic with the AC on. When moving the fan clutch seems to handle the job. At Idle different story. Radiator is new, 180 Therm w/holes, green stuff changed about 5k ago due to a radiator hose breaking. Electric fan seems to have little or no affect. Which way is it supposed to go pushing or pulling air? Not sure, but I think it could be a sign of the fan clutch going bad and not forcing enough air at idle?
