Thanks Ben for the link to #1 Son's page - digested that but I'm not sure how to get
my rear drums off - thought best to ask!!
2500 3/4 ton Silverado, 1990, 454 with 8 lug wheels and the 8 bolt hub plate at end of axel.
How do you get the drum off?
Also, read Ben's and other posts on adjusting the brakes frequently. I am leaking fluid on Rt. rear and
brake lite has been staying on (even tho adding fluid to keep the level up). I have no brake on the
Rt. rear (do on the left). I bet I'm going to find that the cylinder piston is at the end of it's travel and that is why it
is leaking!!
Help! It's jacked up and wheels off.
Also I think Ben wanted to know how many notches on the adjuster wheel - I will count them. Anything
else you guy's may want to know - I plan to take photos.
