'96 K1500 Suburban. Truck won't start. I've got low voltage at the battery. Like 4.6v. I've traced the problem down to the 50A Bat fuse. The Bat fuse is located in the fuse box located in the engine compartment. When I pull the Bat fuse the voltage goes back up to 12V+. My Chilton's manual is no help. The wiring diagrams don't tell me what is on this circuit. I would think I have a short, but don't know where to look. Anyone got any ideas?
