I'm cheap, so here's one thing I like about changing the rear bulbs on a 92 thru 99:

All 3 bulbs in the assembly are the same, but only the center bulb uses both filaments (hi for turn & brake, lo for running). The top only uses the lo filament and the bottom only uses the hi filament.

If your turn signal is out (hi), swap the top bulb for the middle bulb. If the running light is out (lo), swap the backup light for the middle bulb. The top running light and the backup light can be swapped as well.

I have yet to buy a light bulb for the rear of my '99, but since I don't document which bulbs I've swapped, I have had to play musical bulbs a couple of times to get them all working again!

: How do you remove the rear light to replace the bulbs ?
: It's got to be so simple. I loked at it and it looks like glued there.

: Thanks
