Output shaft leaking: Anyone changed the seal?

Master Technicians,

I have a '99 Yukon 4X4 that is leaving nasty oil stains on my garage floor. It was bound to happen sometime. It appears that the seal on the output shaft from the xfer case (where it connects to the drive shaft/u-joint) is leaking onto a crossmember, then onto the floor. Has anyone changed this seal? If so, any tips? It looks to be a simple oil seal similer to ones found on axles.
