There's a TSB (#02-06-04-054B) covering this problem. The throttle blades get gunked up. The easy fix is to clean the throttle blade and body as Traveler described. Just don't spray the cleaner directly to the TB or you could damage the throttle position sensor(tps).

The complete fix is to also purchase a fixed orifice PCV valve and an appropriate sized plug from the dealer to plug the small hole in the throttle plate. Once installed the minimum throttle angle needs to be increased by .08 volts as measured at the tps to compensate for plugging the hole.

: Worth a try:

: Remove intake MAF assy to access throttle blade area. Hold blade open and wipe down throttle bore with rag wet with throttle bore cleaner. Usually improves the idle too.

: TB cleaner is a little milder than carb cleaner to protect bores with a plastic lining.

: Don't use any silicone lubricant but some white grease on the linkage is OK. Don't mess with any screws you might find unless all else fails.
