Agree on the thermal management issue.
Have noodled plumbing a ram, cold air system to the alternator in the Sub, but no room. Why the dual diode system interesting, but still limited by the engine bay's hot ambient.
Top post in the cards, but sold the crimper in the rush to down size after getting laid off. Foolish and not going to do that anymore. Now have to buy new and the hammer/anvil the most cost effective for now. I refuse to use eBay for now (lots of historical stuff from their early days and what did with them), so looking at local listings.
