: 1st - Low hum which turns into a high pitched whine at freeway speeds. Seems to be louder when on the gas - but does remain even when in nuetral and coasting. Seems to be coming from the front of the truck - I can feel it faintly in the stearing wheel and in the floor with my feet...

Agree with you and Jake it could be hubs. Check fluid levels of both front diff and T-case (and rear diff while you are at it).

: 2nd - Anti-lock warning light showed today. Checked codes - 22 & 23 - both refernce the right front speed sensor. Is this something I can replace myself?

Take a look at the cable out of the hub to the connector for the harness. Tire or wheel can sand into that and cause an intermittent. I had to shield mine with a slit piece of fuel line held with that spiral wire bundle wrap. There is no way it's not going to hit at full lock. You can reseat the connector but slim chance that will fix it.

Rust develops under the wheel speed sensor and can move it out of position. There is one metric fastener holding the sensor in place. However when my assys corroded I could not get the sensor out without destroying it. Have heard that sensors are not avail separately but doubt that. I ended up using new hub/rotor/sensor assys for the last rebuild ($$$).

: 3rd - Finally - red liquid on the driveway. Looks like it is coming from the transfer case. Are there seals in addition to the yoke seal that can be replaced? Could this be the source of the whinnig noise?

If the fluid is low, that could be the whine. Try to determine where it's coming from. Tape on a paper towel to catch or use an ultraviolet dye additive. Determine if it's oil, ATF, or coolant.

There has been mention of snapped retainer ring in the T-case at the rear driveshaft yoke that caused noise. Have to look into archives.
