KevinW...yes, you are correct, I meant to say "inverter". I wasn't sure if the alternator would provide a charge to the TT batteries (2- T 105's).
So, I thought using the inverter to power up my 10/2 amp charger, via the burbs starting battery, might be a worthwhile alternative.
The previous owner of my burb had wired the unit for towing. I'm not sure if he installed a 10g wire to the TT plug, on the burb's bumper, for charging the batteries. I'll need to do a little investigating to insure alternater juice is making its way to the TT.
