Got a 96 5.7L with 127K miles on it and lately th eoil pressure seems to have dropped a bit. Been using 10W-30 oil till last change and did 5W-30. Now pressure at idle and hot is about 13psi. At freeway speed its at 40. Is this a normal pressure for this many miles? Or should I use a different weight oil? Could there also be a mechanical problem about to rear its ugly head too????
