Steve G of OH (not NY) has a new RC car that he reports produces 1.3 HP. This is apparrently a later generation than his 40K RPM Nitro-burning version.
I think supercharged, turbocharged, nitrous, or nitromethane engines should count for double the number of physical cylinders.
