Brakes?

I just bought a 1998 2500 7.4L 4x4 Sub. It doesn't like to stop. So I want to put some ART rotors and Praise Dyno pads/shoes and springs on it. Is that still the best setup that you all have found? A friend of mine says go with Raybestos, but that isn't what I have read here. If someone could also send me the link for ART I will be greatfull.
