Chilton's on-line manual says its fuse #13 in the fuse block of the left side of the instrument panel.
You should check your own owner's manual, or look at the label on the inside of the fuse block door (if I remember right, there's one there).
Fuse may be for both sides. If its OK, problem is local to the seat.
