These are the prices my mechanic charged me to
tune up my 98, 1500. Are they sane?:
Platinum Plugs: 71.00
Wires: 106.00
Rotor 14.00
Cap 50.00
I was a bit shocked, but he assured me that they
were all the best quality parts. I got this done
at about 80K miles (didn't want to wait the full
100K. I suppose the good news is that I should
easily be able to go another 80K before another
tuneup.
