1993 1500 towing capacity? (the recurring question!)

1993 1500 w 3.73 4x4, 4l60e. What did the factory say GCWR was for this year? Also, my door placard is worn to the point of being unreadable. I can make out that GVWR is 7200.
I have the 41" radiator with oil and trans coolers, and I have added 2 trans coolers after the rad cooler. Temps at the converter output(before coolers) towing approx 3200 lbs trailer w/ horse up passes is about 170-180 with 2 extra coolers, would reach over 210 with just the one extra unit. Stat is 180 and Rad. is new.

What did the factory say for this year, and what do you guys say? Someday we would want a bigger trailer. 5500# max approx.
